The Graham-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB) is the first installment
of comparable policy in the financial services sector. All
the exact same problems apply, and all the same unworkable
and expensive solution efforts are underway. The CC can
easily correlate consumer and investor IDs across service
product lines, and the RAD can provably enforce and intersect
privacy policies. The CC can also anonymize sensitive information
for business intelligence and other analytical purposes
without violating privacy and without compromising identifier
integrity.
Data
Warehouses are critically dependent on "3D" data
completeness and integrity. It must comprehend the complete
continuum of content (the IC can access poll or capture
standard or proprietary content) over the complete consumer
population (the CC makes sure everyone is counted and nobody
twice) over the complete longitude of time (the IC and CC
provide fully support for backfilling, batch periodic updates,
and continuous piecemeal operations).
