so that they can invasively custom-write all policies into
every version of every application. This will cost providers
and patients approximately 1000 times the cost of a nonredundant
solution.
Sound privacy policy architecture is not likely to go mainstream
until Q2 2003 when enough patients have had their privacy
violated and enough providers have been sued for it.
