under our own label, when the customer shops for capability
over name recognition and installed base, we tend to win.
When they demand name recognition or numerous clients,
we tend to lose. We realized that under the right labels
and primes, the potential would be there to win every
time. So in early 2001 we decided to pursue only
external distribution channels rather than grow our own
